Order Cancellation Policy

We begin processing your parts orders quickly to get your Triumph back on the road. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below.

The 72-Hour Grace Period

You may cancel any standard parts or accessories order for a full 100% refund within 72 hours of placing it.

Late Cancellations (After 72 Hours)

If you request a cancellation more than 72 hours after your order is placed, a 25% restocking and allocation fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies even if your parts have not yet shipped from our facility, as it covers the administrative and sourcing costs incurred once your items are locked in and allocated from our suppliers.

Shipped Orders

Once your parts have physically left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. It must be processed as a standard return upon arrival and will be subject to our Return Policy.

Exclusions

Special-order factory parts, custom-painted components, or VIN-specific electronics cannot be canceled after the 72-hour window and are considered final sale.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please email us immediately at parts@englemotors.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”. Your eligibility for the grace period will be determined by the timestamp on your email.
