Return Policy
We will accept authorized returns 15 calendar days after the date of the shipment's delivery to the customer. Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please repack items in its original shipping container, contact us and we will arrange for its return.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components and cannot be disassembled, mounted or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns of missing components will not be credited.
Non-Returnable Items
All sales are final for electrical parts and painted parts. Returns and refunds for these items only apply if they arrive damaged or defective.
- Electrical parts
- Painted parts
- Parts that have been installed, used, or modified
- Parts with missing components or packaging
Liability
We are not responsible for installation errors, nor will we cover any labor expenses, towing expenses, rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
Refund Policy
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return and inspect it (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns need an RMA number obtained when you apply for a refund. Returns must be sent to our address at 6633 E Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64126. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 35% return fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error. Refunds for returns or cores will be processed and credited within 72 to 96 hours after we receive and confirm your return is in good standing with our policies. All cores must be returned in their original packaging from the manufacturer.
Please be aware the bank may take 4–7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.
Freight Charges
Freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.
