Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $100 or more ship free to addresses in the contiguous United States. No coupon code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

When will my order ship?

As an authorized Triumph dealer, many of the parts on our website are sourced directly from Triumph after your order is placed — this helps ensure you receive genuine OEM Triumph parts. The process: you place your order with us, we submit it to Triumph, Triumph ships the parts to our dealership, and once they arrive and are verified, we package and ship them to you. Most in-stock Triumph parts arrive to us from Triumph within approximately 3–7 business days, and after we receive them, orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days. Overall delivery times can vary depending on Triumph warehouse availability, manufacturer backorders, holidays or weather, and shipping carrier transit times. If a part is backordered or delayed by Triumph, we will do our best to notify you with updated timing information as soon as it becomes available. Once your order ships from our dealership, you will receive tracking information by email.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states, including APO/FPO via USPS). If you are located outside the US and need parts, please contact us at parts@englemotors.com and we will do our best to help.

What carriers do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size and destination to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.

Parts & Fitment

Are these genuine OEM parts?

Yes. Engle Motors is an authorized Triumph dealer. Every part we sell is genuine OEM — manufactured to Triumph's exact specifications and backed by the manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell aftermarket or third-party parts.

How do I find the right part for my motorcycle?

Browse our catalog by selecting your Triumph model and year. Our interactive schematic diagrams let you visually identify each part in the assembly. You can also use the parts search to look up a specific part number or name.

Fitment Disclaimer – Triumph Parts

We take care to provide accurate fitment information for Triumph Motorcycles models; however, fitment listings are intended as a guide only and may not reflect all variations. Differences between model years, VIN breaks, regional specifications, and factory or aftermarket modifications can affect compatibility. Certain Triumph Motorcycles models, especially within the Bonneville, Street Twin/Speed Twin, and Tiger ranges, may have subtle changes that impact proper fitment. Customers are responsible for confirming that parts are correct for their specific motorcycle prior to purchase. If you are unsure, we strongly encourage you to contact our team with your VIN so we can help verify compatibility. Returns due to incorrect fitment may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.

What if my part is discontinued?

If a part is marked as discontinued, it is no longer manufactured by Triumph. In some cases, a superseding part number exists — our system shows replacement part numbers when available. Contact us if you need help finding an alternative.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 calendar days of delivery. The part must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. A 35% restocking fee applies to non-error returns. Electrical parts and painted parts are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Installed items are non-returnable. See our Returns page for full details.

How do I return a part?

Email parts@englemotors.com or call (816) 241-7554 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number. Do not send returns without an RMA number.

What if I received the wrong part?

Contact us immediately at parts@englemotors.com or (816) 241-7554. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct part at no cost to you.
