• Phone number
• Type of request: categories of personal information, send my personal information, delete my information, or opt-out of data sales
• A brief description of your request

Processing Timeline

We will process and address your data request within 45 days. If a request is sufficiently complex to address, we may extend that timeframe by an additional 45 days, and you will be notified within the initial 45-day period.
