Delivery Times
Delivery is 2–10 business days from completed order. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Order Processing
As an authorized Triumph dealer, your order is first processed through Triumph before shipping from our dealership. Most in-stock Triumph parts arrive to us from Triumph within approximately 3–7 business days, and after we receive them, orders typically ship out within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Backordered Parts
Some parts may be on backorder from the manufacturer. If a part in your order is backordered, we will notify you by email with an estimated ship date. If you prefer not to wait, you may cancel the backordered item for a full refund by contacting us.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all 50 US states
- APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS (standard shipping only)
- International shipping is not available at this time
Tax Rates
All orders are charged a flat 8.975% tax rate regardless of destination state.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Do not accept damaged packages — have the shipper return to sender. See our Terms & Conditions for full details on damaged shipment handling.
